Housing Services

Castlemaine Housing Service was brought under the wing of CHIRP Community Health in 2015, and now in its 30th year, the team continue to provide a quality response to people in housing crisis in the Mount Alexander Shire.

Before joining CHIRP Community Health, Castlemaine Housing Service was previously known as Castlemaine and District Accommodation and Resource Group (CADARG).

This site is one of the only homelessness services in Victoria to employ and accommodate women only. It also offers services to trans and gender diverse individuals who identify as female.
